FreedomPay is seeking a commercially driven and highly networked Senior Partner Solutions Manager to expand our global partner ecosystem across ISVs, payment processors, and adjacent commerce technology providers.
This role is responsible for self sourcing, structuring, and activating high value partnerships that directly contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands that partnerships are not passive channels. They are deliberate revenue engines that require strategic alignment, strong deal structuring, and hands on execution.
Source and Acquire New Partners
• Proactively identify, target, and engage net new ISVs, processors, and commerce platforms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified partner opportunities through outbound efforts, industry relationships, and market insight
Structure Commercial Partnerships
• Negotiate and execute reseller and referral agreements aligned to FreedomPay’s growth strategy
• Develop scalable commercial models that incentivize partner driven revenue
Partner Activation and Launch
• Lead partners from initial engagement through qualification to contracting
• Collaborate cross functionally with sales, product, integration, and legal teams to stand up partners efficiently
Revenue Ownership
• Drive measurable pipeline and revenue contribution from newly acquired partners
• Track partner performance and optimize for growth, scalability, and long term value
Market and Ecosystem Intelligence
• Maintain deep understanding of the ISV and payments landscape
• Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive positioning
