About the Role:

Hello Heart is seeking an Director, Sales Operations to strengthen our sales infrastructure and drive predictable, scalable growth. Reporting into our VP of Sales Operations, you will lead pipeline management, deal desk strategy, sales performance accountability, and our go-to-market tech stack.

You will thrive in this role if you are highly organized, analytical, and motivated to align sales teams and optimize systems. You’ll combine technical expertise with process discipline and creative deal structuring to maximize revenue efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy and health of the sales pipeline across segments and territories
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership, ensuring opportunities are staged accurately and forecast methodology is followed
  • Build scalable systems to strengthen forecast predictability and sales execution discipline
  • Define and enforce sales performance standards, creating dashboards, alerts, and coaching tools to support accountability
  • Act as a senior partner on deal structuring and approvals, ensuring alignment with finance and legal standards while enabling creativity in non-standard deals
  • Provide guidance on commercial terms, pricing strategies, and contract compliance
  • Oversee “bookings” process, ensuring deals are closed with auditable checks and data integrity
  • Design and maintain a scalable architecture for the go-to-market tools ecosystem (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HighSpot, ZoomInfo, Zywave, Benefit Focus)
  • Lead administration, integrations, and enhancements across the tool stack, ensuring ease of use and consistent data quality
  • Create and manage data dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, tool usage, and pipeline health
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align processes and system needs

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk roles, preferably in Healthcare Tech, B2B SaaS, or a high-growth environment
  • Advanced CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), with expertise in reporting, dashboarding, and pipeline staging
  • Experience administering sales tools such as Gong, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HighSpot; Ironclad experience is a plus
  • Skilled in deal desk operations, contract structuring, and navigating business, legal, and commercial terms
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, BANT) and forecasting best practices
  • Proven ability to enforce sales performance accountability and drive process rigor
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to influence without authority
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, MS Office, MS Excel, Gmail, and AI-powered tools

US Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000.00 to $200,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
