About our Team

Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.

About the Role

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Your expertise will drive the implementation of best practices, automation, and monitoring to maintain high availability and minimize downtime. Join us in optimizing our infrastructure for seamless operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain the software solutions assigned to team.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by the customers.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with the wider group.
  • Contribute to the planning efforts with analysis and estimation of the proposed product work.
  • Provide support to other teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement effort.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication
  • Strong knowledge on C# ( .Net framework) , Mongo DB, Javascript(Typescript and React mostly)
  • Knowledge of AWS services
  • Source control systems - GitHub
  • Experience of working in an Agile framework
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have desire to learn new skills
  • A real interest and passion for software development and high-quality code

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • MySQL
  • Other tools – JIRA, Confluence
