About the Role
We strive to make our products the leaders in providing eligibility solutions, program integrity data & analytics, and enablers of whole Person & Entity Data management and transformational insights. As a product manager in our government product organization, you will own the development and execution of product roadmap objectives, fusing our strategic priorities with the voice of the customer, while driving organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
This Product Manager position will be responsible for managing initiatives pertaining to our government suite of products. These products help our government customers stop fraud, find bad people, and offer equitable access to government services. You will provide value to the team by performing the following product management activities:
Manage the “Go To Market” for new products, or existing product enhancements.
Work with market strategy team to gather, validate, and evaluate product requirements through Voice of Customer, competitive intelligence and product research
Develop and recommend business requirements for assigned product features, to include effective product and user interface design, product validation testing and usability testing, while ensuring that the product strategy and principles are adhered to throughout the product life cycle
Maintain multi year product roadmap, and direct the release process and placement of new products, new functionality or enhancements in a technology release cycle based on business priorities
Manage existing products that result from strategic partners and providers, including joint ventures and subsidiary relationships and projects
Requirements
Develops timely, clear, and thorough requirements
Possess ability to understand company technology stack at a high level to aid product management insights
Possess ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
Speaks knowledgably with technology and data counterparts about development approaches in consideration.
Possess ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, team members, and executives.
Proficiency in various technologies to assist day-to-day tasks (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Web Analytics, AB Testing, etc.).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall.
Writing requirements and user stories and acceptance criteria is a must.
Some background in software development is a plus
Possess ability to lead and motivate a team, and to drive the product vision and strategy.
Previous Product Management Experience: 4 years
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject is preferred, but not required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Must demonstrate on resume how these qualifications were met in past corporate experiences.
