About our team: The successful candidate will join a team working directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines. Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible to fulfill client needs. Lead the project team to a quality customer success delivery.
About the job: The candidate will manage key client projects. Project responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversees and manages all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate is expected to work on at least five projects in parallel for large customers including Tier1 financial institutions at any one time.
Responsibilities
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors if applicable.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered in a timely manner.
Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Delegating project tasks based on project teams’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress that can be shared with clients and project team.
Meeting with clients to document and clarify specific requirements of the project
Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
Prepare, monitor, and execute project and financial milestones adjusting milestones based on project constraints.
Qualifications
Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and good working knowledge of Delivery/Collaboration Tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint,).
Business Analyst experience in a technical setting, including data analysis, process modeling, and solution evaluation and validation.
University bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent client facing and internal communication skills and ability to interact with Senior Stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated and inquisitive, team player, proactive, and a self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Analytical Skills (i.e., business requirements gathering and analysis) and detail oriented.
Demonstrate good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Excellent understanding of budgeting and financial delivery.
Experience with Process, Performance, and Continuous Improvement methods.
Desirable
Previous experience implementing or supporting LNRS products
Experience with complex technical implementation programs at Financial Institutions
