OUR MISSION

Transforming talent into sales professionals, with proven selling tools and techniques that will maximise your potential.

SALES APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME

We are searching for ambitious talent who want to start an exciting career in B2B Sales (Business to Business). In a B2B sales role, you will be selling our products and services to other businesses, ultimately enabling them to solve their problems, make better decisions, stay compliant, reduce risk and improve their business. The businesses you may work in operate in the following markets; financial services, collections and payments, insurance, aviation, chemical and commodities and human resources. Below is an overview of role:

  • Sales is all about building relationships with new or existing clients, understanding their difficulties and then discussing how our products/services can help them. This might be over the phone, email or in face to face meetings.
  • It could be that your role is new business focused i.e. contacting new clients and trying to build a relationship where one does not already exist. Or the role could be account management focused i.e. contacting existing clients and looking at ways to grow the business even further.
  • We will train you to know our products/services in great detail, understand our competitors and learn about the markets in which you will be operating. Initially you would shadow other members of the team. By month 3 we would aim for you to start speaking to customers directly. It will take time but we will support you.

SALES QUALIFICATION

You will follow a structured Apprenticeship program of learning for the first 18 months where upon completion you will gain a Sales Executive qualification equivalent to a foundation degree (Sales Certification Level 4 accredited by the Institute of Sales Professionals, ISP).
