About the Role

Our ideal candidate can coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information, which will be used to improve systems and processes. The role provides support to business partners in Operations, Technology, Finance, and other business stakeholders.

Candidate will be hybrid from Alpharetta, GA or Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional analytics projects with minimal supervision.

  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of operational workflows and data structures.

  • Design and develop robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations to deliver actionable insights.

  • Perform advanced data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business units to influence strategy and decision-making.

  • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

  • Maintain and promote data quality, integrity, and governance within operational datasets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in an operational or risk-related environment.

  • Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical methods, and operational KPIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Proven experience in influencing business strategy through data-driven recommendations.
