About the Role:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Business Services Finance team, supporting our UK and International business. This role reports to the Finance Manager (UK) and can be based in London or Cardiff. The Financial Analyst will support the UK business's direct cost base and may take on additional revenue responsibilities based on experience. The role involves providing analysis and reporting to the wider International and UKI team.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the UK direct cost base, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of risks and issues.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of direct UK costs.
  • Produce and interpret financial reports, collaborating closely with the UK and International Finance team to meet reporting requirements.
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries and requests for analysis from finance and the business.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience or qualifications.
  • Preferred accountancy qualification (CPA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Core accounting and technical knowledge.
  • Independent and motivated to complete tasks with high standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality output.
  • Good with numbers, able to analyse data, identify outliers, and understand underlying issues.
  • Shows initiative and curiosity, and seeks continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
