About the Role

This global, strategic individual contributor role within the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) business leads the commercial and product direction for Trade Screening solutions. Reporting to the Global Head of Screening Strategy, the director owns the P&L and drives global strategy, aligning with market trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, legal, and operations to shape long-term innovation in trade compliance. While not a people manager, the position holds significant influence and requires deep knowledge of global FCC regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for Trade Screening investments.

  • Deliver market insights, competitive intelligence, and regulatory trends to inform strategy and foster organizational knowledge.

  • Own the P&L and drive portfolio growth with a strong focus on customer experience.

  • Lead strategic pricing and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to unlock business and customer value.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with senior leadership to report on strategy, outcomes, and milestones.

  • Align regional execution with global strategy through close collaboration with regional teams.

  • Identify and evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities aligned with FCC strategy.

  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and with analyst firms to provide thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant FCC Screening experience is preferred.

  • 3-5 years in management consulting, commercial strategy, product strategy, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles; Trade compliance screening experience is a plus

  • Proven track record in developing and executing 3-year corporate or product strategies, ideally in a global or cross-functional context.

  • Experience in P&L management and public-speaking at conferences/events is a plus

  • Business degree (BBA/MBA) or engineering background is preferred

  • Experience in market planning, product management, or strategic planning roles is highly desirable.
