About the Role:
Job Description Summary
ICIS is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its experienced sales team in China; You will need to demonstrate success within previous sales roles, we will train you further and develop your talent. What we do also need to see as well is a passion and drive to both succeed and learn in a fabulous and energetic working environment.
Responsibilities
Proven track record at managing, retaining and growing the company’s top tier accounts and accountable/responsible for sales results.
Establishes strong, long-term customer relationships across the organizations you will manage.
Maintains relationships with key decision makers across several departments.
Continuously learn in order to lead with insight, develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
Maintain high volume and high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media. And onsite visits and should be travelling to targeted clients each month.
Collaborate with all business functions locally and globally.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a similar consultative sale position preferably license based subscription services.
Curious about everything, passionate and excellent communicator willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo to provide better customer outcomes.
A high level of entrepreneurial spirit energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, creative problem solver and a desire to positively impact the business.
Excellent presentation skills and able to build relationships both external and internal.
Experienced at working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com).
