About the Role

This is a hybrid position & team members are required to be in the Duluth, Georgia office weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Data Relationship Analyst II analyzes process flows and makes recommendations to leadership of potential efficiencies and improvements in processes, procedures and/or technologies. They will also coordinate the workflow of REPH (RELX Philippines) operations support staff to ensure department metrics/goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors & collaborates with REPH to ensure timely completion of keying reports

  • ​Monitor and review data entry processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

  • Police record/data validation accuracy and integrity. Identifies changes in police report data elements on crash forms.

  • Assists with the development and delivery of REPH data keying training curriculum; routinely monitors REPH new hire training

  • Routinely monitors and performs audits on REPH processes/procedures and information.

  • Ensures accessibility and acts a main point of escalation for SME questions/issues

  • Track and monitor key performance metrics

  • Analyze trends and patterns in data entry activities to identify potential issues or bottlenecks

  • Ensure keying workloads are allocated for maximum efficiency

  • Builds and maintains communications and relationships with REPH

  • Works with Technology team to define requirements and manage tickets regarding keying application.

  • Develop reports that effectively visualize and communicate key information based on the needs of different stakeholders

  • Integrate data metrics into PowerBI dashboards

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of MS Office experience is required including advanced knowledge of MS Excel

  • Knowledgeable user of databases and computer applications. Crystal Reports & MySQL database language knowledge preferred.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Police Report terminology and crash report lifecycle is highly advantageous

  • Advanced knowledge validating data and highlighting inaccuracies

  • Solid organizational skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects to ensure timely completion

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including articulating ideas and information effectively to management; ability to train and present information to team members in small to mid-size groups.

  • Advanced knowledge problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated detail orientation is required including strong research capabilities
