Responsabilities :

• Work with internal stakeholders (including Product Roadmap owners) and directly with clients to refine high level requirements.
• Partner with Product managers to understand business requirements, and translate them into features and user stories.
• Write and manage user stories to support new product capabilities and attend agile planning ceremonies to ensure that new features are delivered with speed and quality
• For more complex features, conduct feasibility assessments with Technology and provide recommendations to the Head of Product.
• Partner with UX team to create mockups to illustrate the functional requirements
• Work with an agile development team to enable development, and tests of features on the product roadmap
• Maintain backlog for product development and facilitate regular backlog prioritization meetings
• Ensure that non-functional requirements are identified and brought within scope.
• Analyse how our customer use our products

What we are looking for :

• Strong experience working with large scale software systems in a Product Owner or Business Analysis role
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience ( 5+ year) gained through additional years working in IT

• Can grasp complex technical models quickly and challenges the "norm"
• Able to reduce complex issues to succinct and simple forms, process oriented
• An excellent communication and meeting facilitator
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable and effective in influencing without authority
• Makes pragmatic decisions in situations of risk and uncertainty
• A good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience of the Agile SAFe / Scrum project approaches
• Shows initiative, self-motivated, pro-active
• Logical and objective
