About the Role

The Business Development Executive will acquire new customers as we continue to grow rapidly grow an international business. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market. The role will require close collaboration with the regional sales team to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identifying ICP's within your defined territory and building a hypothesis to book meetings
• Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, attending events and other creative strategies
• Managing inbound leads to close within your defined territory
• Gaining a deep understanding of the problems prospects and clients have, why they are important and the value we can provide
• Conducting appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations and tender responses
• Learning the value proposition and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory
• Owning contract negotiation, preparation and closing of sale - this is a full 360 sales role
• Keeping up to date with market and developments, such as major regulatory changes, new product offerings and competition
• Preparing and maintaining an effective sales territory plan
• Keeping an accurate record of all client activity, pipeline and forecasts within Salesforce CRM
• Utilising the available Tech stack including SalesForce, Lusha and Gong

Requirements

• Fluent English, Russian is a plus
• Experience in outbound prospecting
• 1-2 years of SAAS sales experience (either as an SDR or AE)
• Experience of using a sales / qualification methodology such as MEDDDPICC
• Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
