About the role:
The Head of Sales for Insurance, Pensions & Investments will drive the sales strategy, performance, and growth across existing client relationships and new logo acquisition. This is a management role responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and building long-term relationships with clients, and partners to increase market share and profitability.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Insurance, Pensions, and Investment to meet revenue growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of player managers and individual contributors.
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client-centric solutions.
- Drive sales performance through effective leadership, coaching, and the setting of clear KPIs and goals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance across all sales activities and maintain high standards of governance.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and influence.
- Provide required reporting to the executive team on performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.
- An understanding of the Insurance, Pensions, and Investment landscape, including retail and institutional segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
