About the Role

The Law Enforcement Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers across assigned law enforcement accounts. This role blends strategic sales acumen with a consultative account management approach to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of public safety agencies and deliver tailored solutions that align with their operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned law enforcement accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Conduct regular strategy and status meetings with customer leadership to understand evolving needs and align them with company solutions.

• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts to expand product and service adoption.

• Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that support both client success and internal product/service development.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service-level negotiations with a focus on long-term value.

• Maintain a deep understanding of law enforcement operations, challenges, and regulatory environments to provide relevant guidance and solutions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by capturing customer feedback and advocating for enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or consultative sales—preferably in public safety, insurance, or government sectors.

• Strong understanding of law enforcement workflows, procurement processes, and operational challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and influence senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
