About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the Insurance, Pensions and Investments industries. You’ll directly manage a small account base and lead a team of sales professionals, focusing on strategic partnerships and delivering data-driven solutions

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.

  • Lead and coach a sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.

  • Operate with a consultative selling approach, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive both short-term and long-term growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and innovative solutions.

  • Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team management, account management, and business development within strategic accounts or partnerships, ideally in data/SaaS/tech.

  • Strong consultative sales skills and stakeholder engagement.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Experience in the Technology, Pensions, Insurance, or Investments sector is a plus.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular client travel.
