About the team: This position sits within the LNRS Strategy team and will be pivotal in accelerating our growth.
About the Role: LNRS UK is a market leader in providing data enrichment services to the UK insurance market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the personal lines motor vertical, ensuring we have a 5-year strategy which continues to build on our unique market position.
Responsibilities:
Create and own 5-year strategy for Motor vertical
Lead commercial growth and development of vertical
Explore opportunities for acquisitions and partnerships
Provide clarity to the business on direction of travel and priorities
Lead detailed customer, competitor and market analysis
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Provide thought leadership to business and industry on motor trends
Requirements:
To be successful in the role, the candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Data Led, analytical and curious – fact-based research and recommendations, with ability to synthesise information down into meaningful story for the business
Industry Experience – deep understanding of the motor insurance market, including trends, pain points and emerging themes.
Commercial Awareness – excellent commercial acumen and understanding of how to identify and deliver value for business and customers
Influencing – exceptional stakeholder management and influencing, comfortable presenting internally and externally to senior management
Collaboration – experience leading in a matrix environment
