About the team: This position sits within the LNRS Strategy team and will be pivotal in accelerating our growth.

About the Role: LNRS UK is a market leader in providing data enrichment services to the UK insurance market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the personal lines motor vertical, ensuring we have a 5-year strategy which continues to build on our unique market position.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and own 5-year strategy for Motor vertical

  • Lead commercial growth and development of vertical

  • Explore opportunities for acquisitions and partnerships

  • Provide clarity to the business on direction of travel and priorities

  • Lead detailed customer, competitor and market analysis

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Provide thought leadership to business and industry on motor trends

Requirements:

To be successful in the role, the candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Data Led, analytical and curious – fact-based research and recommendations, with ability to synthesise information down into meaningful story for the business

  • Industry Experience – deep understanding of the motor insurance market, including trends, pain points and emerging themes.

  • Commercial Awareness – excellent commercial acumen and understanding of how to identify and deliver value for business and customers

  • Influencing – exceptional stakeholder management and influencing, comfortable presenting internally and externally to senior management

  • Collaboration – experience leading in a matrix environment
