About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Systems Engineer with experience in Linux environments and automation. In this role, you will contribute to building and supporting reliable, secure, and scalable systems. We welcome individuals with a variety of experiences and backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and automate Linux-based infrastructure (such as CentOS, RHEL, or similar).
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or comparable solutions.
Write and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation scripts for configuration management and infrastructure tasks.
Create and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python for monitoring and integration.
Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting in development, staging, and production environments.
Work with data processing and analysis tools (for example, Splunk).
Participate in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities to maintain a secure environment.
Operate both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
Requirements
Professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Linux System Administration role.
Experience with Linux system administration (such as RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar distributions).
Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, or similar tools).
Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python.
Familiarity with processing JSON and YAML data formats.
Experience with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, DNS, and system monitoring.
Ability to analyze and solve problems in complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience with RESTful API integration.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Understanding of virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
Interest in secure software delivery and a proactive approach to system security.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Enthusiasm for automation, reliability, and process improvement.
