About the Role
This is a pivotal, client-facing role responsible for the commercial success of Brightmine’s Reward product suite across the UK market — including salary benchmarking, compensation analytics, and reward insights. You’ll act as a sales overlay specialist, partnering with the UK sales teams to identify opportunities, shape client conversations, and deliver solutions that support clients’ pay and reward strategies.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of reward and compensation practices with proven experience in consultative, data-driven sales.
Responsibilities
Own the UK Reward sales target, driving revenue growth across Brightmine’s Reward product portfolio
Partner with New Business and Account Management teams to identify, develop, and close Reward opportunities
Act as the subject matter expert for Reward solutions, supporting colleagues with product and market knowledge
Lead consultative discussions with HR, Reward, and Talent leaders to align Brightmine’s data and insights to their needs
Create tailored proposals, demos, and presentations that position Brightmine as a strategic partner in pay and reward
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Success to feed market insights into go-to-market strategy
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting to ensure visibility into performance and activity
Represent Brightmine at client meetings, events, and webinars, promoting our thought leadership in reward
Requirements
Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or commercial consulting, ideally in HR, data, or SaaS
Strong understanding of reward, compensation, or salary benchmarking — or experience selling to HR/Reward professionals
Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product teams
Consultative sales approach with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in data-led conversations
Commercially driven, proactive, and experienced in managing complex sales cycles
Clear communicator who can translate complex data into compelling client outcomes
Tech-savvy, with experience using Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI-powered sales tools
