About the Role
In this role, you will contribute to complex research, design, and software development projects within a software functional area or product line. You will provide input to project plans, schedules, and methodologies, collaborating with team members to develop cross-functional software products. This position offers opportunities to design software across multiple components, mentor junior team members, and engage with users to translate their needs into effective solutions. You will work with the guidance and support of experienced colleagues as you grow your skills and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Manage infrastructure with Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
Promote security best practices in code and deployment processes
Collaborate with the team to optimize microservices architecture and DevOps workflows
Qualifications
Experience working with Java 21 and Spring Boot
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
Experience using Terraform for Azure resources
Hands-on experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor
Understanding of best practices for security, logging, and observability in cloud environments
