We help remove friction from day‑to‑day operations so our Sales team can focus on serving customers and driving revenue.
We collaborate with Client Engagement across all markets to navigate internal systems/processes and solve customer issues, allowing them more time to focus on selling. The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operational execution for the sales organization. In this role, you will manage foundational account setup and maintenance tasks, provide timely responses to routine inquiries, and collaborate across teams to keep customer information accurate and up‑to‑date. You will support Account Managers during weekly reviews, assist with customer updates, and ensure all processes align with documented procedures.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment with clear guidance from leadership and experienced team members.
