  • Support applications and platforms, including participation in support rotation as needed, with consideration for personal needs and accessibility.

  • Encourage and assist junior team members and participate in wider technology initiatives to improve our engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with server-side web applications, ideally using C# and the .NET Framework (including .NET Core). Candidates with equivalent skills in other technologies are encouraged to apply.

  • Some knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), with an openness to working with frameworks like React. Willingness to learn is valued as much as prior experience.

  • Familiarity with modern databases (we use MongoDB, but experience with any database technology is welcome).

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in an accessible way to diverse audiences.

  • Experience working collaboratively on technical projects within a team environment.

  • Understanding of version control systems (such as Git) and willingness to work with cloud platforms (such as AWS).

  • Interest in modern infrastructure and deployment techniques (e.g., Infrastructure as Code) is appreciated, but not required.

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for software development, continuous improvement, and high-quality code. Experience using AI coding tools (like GitHub Copilot) is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience leading or coordinating technical work, or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
