About the Team:

You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA, within the Business Services Marketing division, supporting our Financial Crime Compliance and Fraud & Identity solution areas.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to design and deliver integrated, creative marketing programs that drive awareness, generate demand, and enhance customer engagement across Africa.

This role offers meaningful autonomy, the opportunity to influence strategy, and strong support from a collaborative global marketing team. You will work across a broad mix of activities including digital campaigns, events, content development, account‑based marketing (ABM), and go‑to‑market execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on awareness, pipeline generation, and customer retention.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as digital advertising, search, email, social media, events, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics and communications for conferences, customer meetings, tradeshows, and webinars.
  • Plan and implement ABM initiatives in partnership with sales and product teams, creating personalized campaigns for key accounts.
  • Produce and promote localized, high‑impact marketing content that aligns with customer needs and personas.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain consistent messaging, brand alignment, and strong campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, ideally within B2B, technology, or professional services environments.
  • Strong project‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Experience developing marketing content and messaging is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with risk‑management–related solutions is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Degree‑level education is welcome; comparable practical experience is equally valued.
