About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer I, you’ll help design, build, and maintain software solutions that scale. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your expertise, and continue to grow professionally. We support ongoing learning, mentoring, and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand business goals and develop software to meet those needs.
• Collaborate across functions to gather and analyze requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Develop and work with complex data models.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Participate in managing deployment pipelines and strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency with .NET and react with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of SQL Server databases.
• Experience with unit testing and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Ability to design, optimize, and tune software for performance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Desirable (Optional) Skills

• Experience with Redux.
• Knowledge of stored procedures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or Docker.
• Experience with Git.
• Exposure to other database technologies like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
