About our Team:

A highly collaborative strategy and business development team partnering closely with leaders across Risk and priority business units to deliver insights, planning support, and growth initiatives.

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Development supports enterprise and business-unit strategy, drives discrete growth and strategy projects, and helps leaders make informed decisions through rigorous analysis, competitive intelligence, and clear executive storytelling. This role partners cross-functionally to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize inputs, and translate insights into recommendations and action.

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual strategy and operating plan workstreams for Risk and priority business units, including structuring planning content, synthesizing inputs, and developing executive-ready narratives and materials
  • Lead discrete strategy projects tied to business needs, translating analysis into recommendations and decision pathways
  • Partner closely with business leaders to define the right questions, create structured approaches, and drive momentum in ambiguous environments
  • Develop market and competitive landscapes, market sizing, and growth opportunity assessments to inform strategic priorities and leadership decision-making
  • Produce and synthesize competitive intelligence into actionable insights tailored to leadership decisions
  • Evolve insight delivery toward relevance, clarity, and business impact
  • Support M&A strategy and execution, including target screening, evaluation artifacts, and diligence project management
  • Contribute to opportunity evaluation by framing strategic fit, key diligence questions, and implications for integration and value creation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking/corporate development, strategic planning, or equivalent roles
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations and drive work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Structured problem solving: Breaks complex questions into clear workplans; uses hypothesis-driven thinking and pressure-tests assumptions; comfortable making progress with incomplete or conflicting data
  • Strategic thinking & judgment: Knows what questions must be answered; applies sound judgment on trade-offs and prioritization; maintains an understanding of market trends and drivers of change
  • Executive communication & influence: Creates compelling materials with clear assertions grounded in data; communicates powerfully and concisely; facilitates productive dialogue and drives alignment across stakeholders
  • Relationship-driven, collaborative delivery: Builds trust-based relationships across the matrix; mobilizes resources across levels to deliver outcomes

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
