About the Role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Director of Product Management to join our Global Team, who would focus on growing our global fraud analytics proposition, helping us fulfil our mission to provide essential insights to advance and protect people, industry and society. You will lead a team of product managers designing and delivering to the product strategy through collaboration with geographically distributed stakeholders and customers.
You will set the agenda for product domain and drive program execution and propose new business or product strategies, and provide input ‘build vs buy’ decisions.
This position can be remote in the US, but due to the global nature of the portfolio, will require flexibility in working hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers bringing clarity and direction to a high-performing team.
- Customer discovery, product delivery and development lifecycle: understand customer needs, experiment and collaborate to find answers to customer problems, define and prioritise incremental value, lead the execution of a product roadmap, focusing on improving customer experience; working closely with the development teams, data science, fellow product managers and wider organisation
- Design and own product suite strategy and define it through collaboration and analysis of the right market, customer and business insights, ensuring the appropriate ROI.
- Tracking and analysing product expenses, cost to revenue and profitability.
- Data driven decision making and analysis: ability to drive conclusions from large volumes of data and recommend and execute relevant actions to help drive the further product development and increase customer satisfaction;
- Go to market and product marketing lifecycle: working closely with the internal business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services) to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback providing input and expertise to the marketing and other customer materials
- Reporting: ability to measure team and portfolio success through aggressive KPIs ensuring reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Due to the global nature of the role flexible working hours will be required .
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting and managing product teams with exceptional team leading skills. Empower and coach the team to further performance.
- Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/machine learning is essential.
- Very strong product management skills, preferably in a large, B2B organisation.
- Ability to understand and analyse complex data in association with machine learning and AI algorithms
- Experience with building and delivering through capital investment projects with a clear accountability for outcome.
- Committed to delivering high quality to the users, keeping the customers at heart of every product decision
- Track record in driving process improvement initiatives that have long-term value to the business and/or the customer.
- Great organisational and prioritisation skills and attention to details with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority, including CEO level.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, for example Scrum and Kanban, is nice to have.
- Experience in public speaking and representing organisation at external events is a nice to have.


U.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $136,100 - $252,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $142,900 - $265,400. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $149,600 - $278,100. Base Pay Range for MD is $142,900 - $265,400. Base Pay Range for NY is $149,600 - $278,100. Base Pay Range for New York City is $163,300 - $303,300. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $136,100 - $252,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $129,200 - $240,100. Base Pay Range for NJ is $164,703- $263,097.


This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
