As a Product Manager on the iGaming studio team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our casino products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to build innovative casino games, optimize platform capabilities, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance player engagement. From prioritizing product roadmaps to executing key initiatives, you will ensure seamless integration across our ecosystem while delivering best-in-class gaming experiences. Prioritize and execute the product roadmap for the iGaming studio, driving innovation in player experiences and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to build and launch engaging casino games and digital gaming features.
Translate business objectives and player insights into actionable product requirements, ensuring seamless development and execution.
Optimize game mechanics, platform performance, and feature scalability to enhance player engagement and retention.
Leverage data and market research to identify trends, assess game performance, and drive informed product decisions.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline integrations, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the gaming, casino, or digital entertainment industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate player insights and business goals into impactful product decisions.
Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to build and launch engaging gaming experiences.
Technical acumen and familiarity with platform architecture, integrations, and feature scalability.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics, user feedback, and market trends to optimize game performance and engagement.
Strong communication skills to effectively align cross-functional stakeholders and drive product vision.
Agile product development experience, including backlog management, iterative development, and continuous improvement.
Passion for gaming innovation and an understanding of player behavior, game mechanics, and industry trends.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 97,800.00 USD - 122,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations.
