Our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team manages business planning, financial forecasting and analysis and corporate development. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll work cross-functionally across several groups, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, month/quarter-end close, and reporting operating expenses across the organization.
Create strong business partnerships with functional leaders to support the business.
Serve as a key representative to help model, structure, execute, and track key strategic initiatives for the groups you will support.
Budget control and monitor expenses and revenue by engaging with cross-border partners, investigate differences, assist with new requests, and approve purchase orders.
Support and optimize a rolling 12-month monthly forecasting process for various groups.
Engage across departments to stay up to date on the latest vendors, product developments, and initiatives to make forecasts as accurate as possible.
Monitor forecasts and benchmark performance; identify sources of deviation and ensure action is taken based on new information.
Work with senior partners to identify their functional goals and support the development of their annual Operating Plan as well as their multi-year plan.
Support the Accounting team with month-end reconciliation of accruals.
At least 1 year of experience in financial planning or a Big4 CPA after internship in tech audit/economic department.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field is required.
Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills with the ability to moderate based on the audience while partnering with a range of cross-functional partners.
Strong analytical skills and with detail-oriented approach.
Experience with OneStream and NetSuite is an advantage.
