Design, build, and maintain data transformation pipelines from complex, diverse source systems.
Develop production-grade workflows that support data-driven analytics, reporting layers, and internal tooling.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects.
Create and support scalable data models that serve as the foundation for decision-making and operational processes across DraftKings.
Ensure high standards of data quality through validation, testing, and monitoring.
Optimize the performance of large-scale data processing workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
1+ years of experience in Data or Analytics Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on transformation workflows.
Strong SQL skills and experience implementing complex business logic within data transformation layers.
Proficiency with modern cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake a big plus).
Understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schema, denormalized tables, and best practices for building performance-optimized structures.
Experience working in an Agile-driven software development lifecycle.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to quickly ramp up on domain knowledge and use it to deliver targeted, impactful data solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 101,600.00 USD - 127,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
