DraftKings is looking for a Product Manager I to join our Casino Growth team, focused on driving growth by improving how we integrate content and platforms across the ecosystem. This role will sit at the intersection of product, operations, and platform infrastructure—with a dual focus: Partnering closely with the Casino Operations team to align on, prioritize, and execute against a high-impact Games Integration roadmap, and owning platform-level integrations that enable DraftKings Casino to connect effectively with Marketing, Identity, Account Management, and Financial systems. This position is ideal for a systems-oriented thinker who’s passionate about building internal tooling, improving cross-platform coordination, and expanding product capabilities in a regulated and fast-moving environment.
Partner with Casino Operations and Game Strategy teams to translate market needs and business goals into an actionable games integration roadmap.
Drive prioritization and execution of game provider and feature releases, balancing speed-to-market with technical, compliance, and operational constraints.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Compliance to support backend workflows and internal tooling improvements that improve the speed, accuracy, and consistency of game launches.
Own and evolve the integration layer between the Casino app and core platform services, including: Marketing platform (personalization, offer delivery, in-app messaging), Identity and Account Management (authentication, user state, eligibility), Financial platform (wallet, payment methods, transactional integrity).
Develop deep familiarity with internal tooling and configuration systems that enable content management, testing, and segmentation.
Write clear, concise product requirements and vision docs; actively manage sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and QA oversight.
Partner with Analytics and Finance to measure TAM expansion, feature coverage, and operational efficiency improvements.
Serve as a connector across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Ops, and CRM teams—bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management, ideally within gaming, consumer platforms, or internal tooling environments.
Familiarity with platform integrations, content onboarding, or backend configuration tools is highly desirable.
Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with backend engineers, especially in systems involving data pipelines, rules engines, or operational tooling.
Comfortable working with SQL and product analytics tools to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes.
Experience navigating highly cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
Exceptional communication skills and comfort writing product briefs, specs, and roadmap docs.
Passion for fast-paced, complex environments with strong attention to regulatory and operational nuance.
