As an Account Management Operations Associate, you’ll help manage and improve the workflows, tools, and processes that enforce account-level restrictions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring these customer account restrictions are applied accurately, transparently, and with minimal disruption—balancing risk posture, regulatory compliance, and a seamless user experience. This role sits at the core of our business and offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape long-term strategy through a commercial lens. Support initiatives related to account access and controls through a core business and revenue lens, balancing risk posture with customer experience and regulatory impact.
Develop subject matter expertise on restriction processes, providing guidance to customer-facing teams.
Work cross-functionally to monitor, triage, and drive resolution for tooling or process issues, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Risk.
Enhance customer messaging to provide a streamlined experience for customers to regain access to their account.
Refine customer journeys to drive revenue and reduce operational costs, accomplished through product and workflow improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to document and implement scalable improvements to restrictions logic and execution.
Support go-to-market planning for new features, including third-party integrations, training materials, and policy alignment.
Monitor operational data to identify trends, propose solutions, and track KPIs tied to efficiency and experience.
At least 1 year of experience in operations, customer experience, risk, compliance, or a related field. Experience in the online gaming, fintech, or regulated tech industry is a plus.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau and CRM platforms is a plus Braze is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay organized and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of account management workflows and customer authentication.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 52,000.00 USD - 65,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
