The Crown Is Yours

As a Loyalty Operations Associate with DraftKings, you will support the daily operations of the Dynasty Rewards loyalty program. As we work to establish Dynasty Rewards as the gold standard of loyalty programs, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing exciting benefits for our players as well as defining future initiatives to continue to improve our loyalty offering.

What you’ll do as a Loyalty Operations Associate

• Ensure foundational elements of the program are operating optimally, including monitoring loyalty currency (crown and tier credit) accrual and redemption as well as the tier achievement process

• Responsible for the construction and deployment of offer-driven loyalty benefits, including improvement of processes and player-facing experience

• Oversee resolution of any support tickets that are related to Dynasty Rewards tiers or benefits and escalated to the Loyalty team

• Support continuous improvement of the Dynasty Rewards program by evaluating existing processes and formulating tests to inform future initiatives

• Collaborate with CX and VIP teams to ensure they are equipped to handle player questions about the Dynasty Rewards program

• Gather feedback from internal partners and players to understand friction points that players are experiencing

• Plan and execute structured A/B tests and work with Analytics to translate results into business impact

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 50,400.00 USD - 63,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
