The Crown Is Yours

As a Partnership Activation Associate, you’ll join a high-impact team that builds and delivers best-in-class partnerships with professional sports teams and leagues. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day activation of contractual assets across our Strategic Partnerships portfolio. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, drive creative execution, and bring our sports partnerships to life in ways that advance core business goals.

What you’ll do as a Partnership Activation Associate

  • Manage the execution of partnership deliverables across team and league agreements.

  • Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships Team to support activations that drive brand engagement and business performance.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to submit creative briefs, manage approvals, and ensure assets align with brand and partnership objectives.

  • Track campaign and activation spending to maintain alignment with budget goals.

  • Streamline internal processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and better collaboration.

  • Monitor partnership health and performance, flagging risks and opportunities proactively.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to help inform partnership strategy.

  • Contribute to planning cycles and postmortems with insights and ideas that help optimize future activations.

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or partnerships, ideally within the sports or entertainment industries.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Comfort interacting with partners and external stakeholders; willingness to travel as needed.

  • Data-driven mindset and ability to draw insights from performance metrics.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking systems.

  • Passion for sports and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,000.00 USD - 84,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
