As a Senior Analyst on our Casino Product Analytics team, you’ll shape how we use data to build more personalized, engaging user experiences. You’ll lead the charge in uncovering behavioral insights that drive product innovation and strategic decision-making across key initiatives. By partnering with key stakeholders, you’ll deliver clear, actionable recommendations that help tailor our product to meet user needs. Your work will directly influence the roadmap as you collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to turn insights into impact.

What you’ll do as a Senior Analyst, Casino Product Analytics

  • Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify key drivers of engagement, retention, and value.

  • Lead analytics efforts for high-priority initiatives focused on personalization, content discovery, and customer experience.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to shape the roadmap and guide feature development.

  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to influence decision-making across multiple teams.

  • Design, implement, and interpret experiments to test new product strategies and features.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting to monitor product KPIs and user behavior trends.

  • Conduct deep dives into usage patterns to inform user experience design and strategic planning.

  • Mentor analysts and foster a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, or a related field.

  • Expertise in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake; proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau.

  • Working knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with curiosity for understanding user behavior and business impact.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 95,200.00 USD - 119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
