The Crown Is Yours

As an Analyst II, Customer Segmentation, you’ll play a key role in driving how we understand and engage our customers. You’ll build and evolve customer segmentation frameworks that drive strategic decision-making across the business. Collaborating with teams throughout DraftKings, you’ll transform deep-dive analyses into actionable insights and scalable tools.

What you'll do as an Analyst II, Customer Segmentation

  • Develop and enhance customer segmentation strategies that influence enterprise-wide decisions.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into operational impact.

  • Leverage internal data and industry trends to pinpoint opportunities and elevate our modeling capabilities.

  • Build and maintain automated tools and Tableau dashboards to track the performance of products and promotions.

  • Deliver digestible business intelligence through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Enable other teams to activate model outputs across their workflows and campaigns.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.

  • At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data science.

  • Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python/R experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.

  • Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
