As an Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role on our Pick6 Operations team. You'll utilize sports statistics and research to manage player projections and pricing. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize game offerings and ensure that Pick6 contests are accurately created and executed. In this role, you will monitor contest entries, adjust as necessary to drive engagement, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Solve problems with a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and sports/ fantasy sports expertise
Manage risk & determine pickable availability based on market trends, news, and key information.
Monitor Pick6 pickable projections utilizing various trading & analytics tools.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Pick6 Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and Analytics.
Utilize data to identify the trends that influence future performance for various sports.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency with Excel
In depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantast sports, and the ability to continually identify and manage complex situations.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight time constraints.
Ability to work flexible days and hours aligned with sports schedules, including nights and weekends.
Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tool is considered a plus.
