The Crown Is Yours

As a Risk Operations Rotational Associate, you’ll join a full-time, approximately 13-month rotational program designed to develop the next generation of Risk Operations professionals. You’ll rotate across core Risk Operations teams, gaining hands-on exposure to fraud prevention, payments risk, compliance, and operational controls in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Throughout the program, you’ll build investigative judgment, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of how data-driven risk decisions protect both our customers and the business. Upon completing the rotation, you’ll move into a Risk Operations role aligned to your performance, strengths, and business needs.

What you’ll do as a Risk Operations Rotational Associate

  • Rotate through four core Risk Operations teams, gaining exposure to fraud investigations, risk monitoring, payments risk, and operational enablement.

  • Investigate suspicious activity, fraud alerts, and high-risk customer behavior using established tools and controls.

  • Analyze transactional and behavioral data to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risk patterns.

  • Partner with teams across Payments, Customer Experience, Product, Analytics, and Compliance to support effective risk outcomes.

  • Clearly document findings, communicate decisions, and recommend improvements to processes, tools, or controls.

  • Balance risk mitigation with customer experience and operational efficiency in day-to-day decision-making.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Political Science, or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with sound judgment.

  • The ability to interpret data and make thoughtful, risk-based decisions in dynamic environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • High ethical standards and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.

  • Exposure to fraud, risk, investigations, compliance, or financial services through internships, coursework, or professional experience.

  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms.

  • A demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in risk, fraud, or financial crime prevention.
