The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Director of Product, Trust Platform, you’ll define and lead the strategy behind the systems that power secure, compliant, and trusted player experiences across a global, regulated ecosystem. You’ll operate at the center of product innovation and risk management, shaping how identity, compliance, and protection capabilities enable seamless interactions for millions of customers. In this role, you’ll scale platform services that underpin every product experience, balancing regulatory rigor with customer-first design. You’ll also build and lead a high-performing team while influencing how trust evolves as a core product capability across the business.

What you’ll do as a Senior Director of Product, Trust Platform

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Trust Platform, spanning identity, access, risk management, geolocation, and responsible gaming capabilities.

  • Lead the development of secure, compliant, and low-friction player experiences that protect customers while enabling seamless product interactions.

  • Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Fraud Operations, Customer Experience, and Legal teams to prioritize and deliver scalable trust solutions across the platform.

  • Scale shared services, APIs, and developer tooling that enable trust and compliance capabilities across multiple products and verticals.

  • Drive the strategy for risk and fraud systems, including automation, monitoring, controls, and operational workflows that proactively mitigate threats.

  • Oversee identity, authentication, and account protection capabilities across the full player lifecycle.

  • Champion platform scalability, automation, and operational efficiency to support rapid product innovation while maintaining regulatory compliance.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of building and scaling platform products in trust, risk, security, or regulated environments.

  • Experience leading and developing large, high-performing product teams, with a focus on coaching and organizational design.

  • Deep expertise in defining product strategy for complex platform systems that serve multiple teams and use cases.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with engineering, compliance, legal, risk, and operations teams.

  • Proven ability to translate data, risk signals, and business metrics into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and align teams around a shared vision.

  • Experience working in sports betting, gaming, or other highly regulated digital industries, with a strong understanding of compliance and customer protection.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 224,000.00 USD - 280,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
