What You’ll Be Doing:

You will work across various teams, assisting with key projects and gaining exposure to multiple facets of the business. Depending on your academic and professional background, some of the departments you may support include:

  • Outbound Sales: Assist with lead generation, customer outreach, and sales presentations.
  • Marketing: Support campaign execution, CRM analysis, content creation, social media, and market research.
  • Human Resources & Talent Acquisition: Help with recruitment processes, HR data management, culture and employee engagement.
  • Engineering & Development: Assist with coding, testing, and development of new features and tools.
  • Customer Service: Provide support for customer inquiries, track issues, and help optimize the customer experience.
  • Finance & Data Analytics: Aid with data analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting activities.
  • Strategy: Help with research, strategy planning, and business analysis for key company initiatives.
  • You’ll work closely with professionals across these departments, gaining hands-on experience, and contributing to high-impact projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Spanish).
  • Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with a passion for solving problems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; specific departmental software knowledge such as HubSpot for sales, SQL for data analytics, or relevant tools for marketing and HR is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
